Sam, a noob in the dangerous world of skating, is looking to join a crew for the first time. The only one left to join: A duo of two misfits called Glasses and Squee. Immediately after she is accepted; however, they are expelled from their territory by Radical Tim and the Cool Crew, the most leveled and unimpeachable crew on the streets. Now the team, later joined by Sam’s sister Gearhead, must find a way to level up in order to win back their territory. But something is standing in their way: A security guard from hell known simply as The Law.

Shred or Dead is a series about the crazy world of kid’s skater crews fighting for territory and power. It’s described by Gambles as simply “an excuse for me, a permanently indoors comics nerd who has never even set foot on a skate board, to make up whatever fun, wacky and nonsensical moves and lingo I want”
